I am pleased to share that Gilgit-Baltistan has taken an important step towards enhancing service delivery to its citizens through the establishment of the Performance Management and Reforms Unit (PMRU). This unit has been set up with the primary goal of automating and streamlining public services, aligning with our commitment to effective governance.
Gilgit-Baltistan has undertaken noteworthy reforms in key sectors such as Education, Information Technology, Health, and Tourism. However, to fully realize the potential of these reforms, it is imperative to integrate them with the modern trends of digitalized governance.
PMRU will act as a catalyst in our journey towards providing efficient, transparent, and citizen-centric services.
